画质让人无法相信这是一款2020年的游戏,一款游戏要想好玩,必须让玩家对它燃起兴趣。而燃起兴趣最好的办法就是提供精美的画质,但是《Valorant》从人物建模到技能特效再到游戏地图让我无法感受到这是一款2020年诞生的游戏。
gameplay整体给我的感觉非常不立体。所有的贴图甚至让我找到了13年前的《穿越火线》的感觉,可以说是一种浓浓的塑料感。在仅有的枪械皮肤中,甚至还有锯齿,这在我看来是完全不能接受的。
到了gameplay,人物的移动僵硬,角色塑造也不够饱满,细节就更无从谈起了。地图中的建筑和场景虽然塑造的非常宏大,但是品质并没有与野心相匹配。地图中几乎没有可以互动的细节,也没有值得玩味的彩蛋。整体感觉虚假,没有代入感。角色技能定位尴尬,策略施展空间有限拳头这次给每位角色都量身定制了技能,技能可以通过每局比赛前在商店购买。FPS游戏拥有技能并不是一件新鲜事,但是如何做好技能使用和射击相结合非常重要。这一次,我不觉得拳头做得很好。
skills设计上也欠缺考虑,有些skill作用基本等同于传统FPS中的闪光弹和烟雾弹,让人丝毫没有英雄skill带来的变数。
而进入game后不能更换hero,这就导致无法通过hero skill去改变gameplay策略。不论是在攻守转换时,都无法根据map变化和攻守方变化更换hero。我觉得失去了设计hero skill意义。一切因为缺乏背景故事,没有代入感,在game之前,我从previews中就已经知道了big picture表现,因此我并不期待画面。但是我却很期待punch能讲好一个story。而punch这次最让我失望的是,《Valorant》没讲故事。
Gameplay整体没背景story,在public test至今没CG,我甚至不知道这些people为什么要打架想想当年public test前暴雪铺垫多少background story,让我们了解这个worldview。而现在,我竟然都不知道my character究竟为何而战。
No background story if tolerable, entering gameplay later, even the agents have no background story. We don't know where they come from, what happens to them; we just control them to participate in battles. This made me always stay outside the game while playing.
The fatal reason for Valorant not becoming a phenomenon is that this game combines many elements from successful games of recent years but lacks its own unique element.
When World of Warcraft was at its peak, it was defeated by League of Legends; when League of Legends was at its peak, it was replaced by PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. The lesson from previous updates tells us that no phenomenon-level game has been the same type as the most popular one before. To become a phenomenon-level game, you must have your own unique element.
In Valorant, you can find all the elements currently most popular in FPS games but none are original to Valorant. Hero skills are borrowed from Overwatch but not as fun; gameplay is borrowed from CS: GO but not classic; and cards and microtransactions are borrowed from Fortnite but the game isn't enjoyable so who would spend money?
