1、幸运房东，疫情面前你们的房东都是怎么做的？首先我说下，上面有指示第一个月免收租金房租费，国家给于补贴。真的实施了没有，中国大部份房东还是实施了，还是有小部分没有。我是2月16交了房租费的，钱不多3/400来块，后来我跟房东反应说可以免收一个月的房子费吗？我说国家政策是这样的，我身边的朋友他们也免了一个月的房租费。后来房东支吾了一下说经量吧，他也是帮房东代收的，房东问他收他就问我们收，后来我说我到了广东再说吧，后来没下文了。也就给了个经量吧。

因为我是武汉的一下还去不了，目前村里路还是封着的。我这是说我个人的真实情况，也希望去了广东免我一个月。
