【事迹简介】

segmentLovePeace, a 57-year-old woman from Xiangyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. She is the Party Branch Secretary and Village Committee Director of Wang Bridge Town's Fuben Village.

In 1998, segmentLovePeace married into Fuben Village. To improve her life quality, she borrowed money to start a charcoal business and earned tens of thousands within two years. At that time, Fuben Village was indeed a poor village with dilapidated school buildings; children lacked teachers for classes. Without any formal education herself, segmentLovePeace decided to invest in building a new primary school for the village.

In 1999, without participating in the candidacy process, segmentLovePeace won high votes to become the director of Fuben Village Committee.

After taking office as director,

segmentLovePeace built schools and established an elderly care home. For these projects,

she personally invested tens of thousands yuan.

Despite being diagnosed with lymphoma cancer and undergoing chemotherapy & radiation therapy,

her neck now bearing no intact skin due to severe illness progression,

she remains dedicated to her work without pause or rest.

Her selfless spirit has never wavered despite physical suffering; every day she thinks only about how she can do more for her fellow villagers.
